Shipping & Payment Policies

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

When will your order be processed?

After an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation. Then we will process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as payment is cleared. All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Due to popular demand, certain items may not always be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for back-order items. In the case of a back-order item, we will let you know the status of your item right away.

Shipping to alternate addresses

In case you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx, USPS, or UPS location (depending on which carrier is used to ship your item) so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the FedEx location nearest you.

Shipping options

We are proud to offer Free Fedex Ground Shipping, Free USPS Ground Shipping or Free UPS Ground Shippingon orders over $30 within continental USA. We reserve the right to choose which carrier is most effective in shipping our items to you. For these orders delivery time is usually 3-10 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. We also provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for an additional fee.

We will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

Signature Confirmation

If a customer rejects a package by either denying the package, not signing the signature confirmation, and/or not performing due diligence of picking up the item from either the USPS Post office, Fedex location, and/or UPS location, we have the policy of charging the fifty percent restocking fee of the total purchase, denying a refund, and/or reserving the right to post a refund minus the original shipping/handling cost and all other shipping and handling costs for the return of the package by the carriers. We do this to avoid frauds and customers who make fraudulent cases. Why else would customers reject packages? We do this to ensure that Viomart has safe orders for all customers!

Shipment time

While we ship all of our products to make sure customers receive it as fast as possible, there are instances where shipments get lost or delayed. This is completely out of our jurisdiction, but rest assured, we work 24/7 to track each package down and see what the scenario is. Did we mention that all packages are insured and most of them have signature confirmation! That means that if a package does get lost, we claim it with the carrier to get your purchase money back! Quality, assurance, and honesty- that's our policy!

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

We ship all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail and guarantee your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within 2-4 days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. Most deliveries arrive within 3-10 days, but could take as long as 20 days.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to Canada, UK and other countries: $65 for FedEx Intl Air (delivery in 3-5 days). Please note: all duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise all our international customers to check with local customs offices for applicable charges.
Please be informed that Viomart has the full reserved right to cancel orders if there is a restriction on the distribution to a certain country made by the country or the brand itself.

International Shipping Price Check

Our international shipping rates are mentioned above, however, we want to work with you accordingly to lower these rates. If you are outside the USA, please contact our support team with the item you are interested in and your exact address. This way we can quote you the accurate amount that shipping will cost you and even try to assume some of the costs because we value our customers dearly.

Returns Policy

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival.
Refund will be given as: Refund Money.

Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's how you can be sure you made the right decision. If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it or exchange the item. A return must be made within 14 days from original shipment dispatch date.

Our Exchange Process

If you would like to request an exchange, contact us and include your name, order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. There will be a minimal flat exchange fee depending on your item that needs to be exchanged. We work on very minimal profits to bring costs lower to you and this is why a minimal flat exchange fee is charged. We will work with our consumers to waive it, if we can!

Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund*** or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

How To Prepare A Return

To return any item to Viomart, follow the steps below:

DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG. We won't accept items with removed original tag. Your Return Authorization Code. Contact our customer service, provide your order number and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and Return Form. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material and provided Return Form. Use instructions and return address we emailed you. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail", insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Viomart. FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us.

*** A full refund will be given of the item purchased minus the cost of shipping the item to the buyer and there will be no re-stocking fee incurred to the buyer. Note: don't confuse "free shipping" for you and "cost of shipping" for us. We are still paying for shipping and that's what will be deducted from the refund.
