We ship our items from various warehouses distributed across the United States to insure quick delivery to your destination.Â Our inventory updates throughout the day; however, it is possible that items may be out stock in our warehouse prior to the most recent inventory updates.Â
All in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.Â Regular Ground orders typically ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US Postal Service.Â Express deliveries will ship via FedEx or UPS.
Some items may require additional handling or freight (LTL - "less than truckload") charges that our shopping cart may not account for.Â If this is the case, you will be contacted with the option to pay the additional freight fees required.Â Most large appliances (refrigerators, freezers, etc), any TV 46" or larger, or any Plasma TV, and projection screens typically are required to ship via freight delivery.

Upon receipt of your request, we will issue a RA# (Return Authorization Number).
Do not return items without a RA#.Â If an item is returned without a RA#, it could be returned to sender.Â Delays will occur in processing all non-authorized returns.Â

HPP reserves the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee on used/damaged items.Â Typical restocking is 15%.Â Examples of items that may incur a higher restocking fee are obvious used items with extreme wear that are not resellable.Â Also, broken/damaged computer components (bent pins on motherboards, processors, etc).Â Toys and games, such as stilts, and outdoor gear (tents, backpacks) that have been used.Â Intimate apparel (underwear, etc) is non-returnable for any reason.
Refunds will be issued (less shipping and restocking fee, where applicable) within 7-10 days of confirmed receipt of goods.
All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.Â Please do not discard original packing/materials until you are certain you are keeping the product.Â Â In most cases we are unable to return products to our suppliers or manufacturers if the original packaging is not available.
Warranty Duration: Manufacturer Warranty.
Most items sold, unless otherwise stated, are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.Â Â For product defects after the initial 30-day return policy, please contact manufacturer for warranty repair.
