14 day return policy upon receiving the items. A restocking fee may apply for returns not damaged or defective at a minimum of 20%. Furniture item's may not be returnable and could be subject to a higher restocking fee. The product being returned must be in the original packaging with all original parts and in brand new and unused condition. Please contact [email protected] or call 866-503-9799 to request a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged or defective and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any credit. If a product arrives damaged please contact Pricefalls support within 72 hours so a claim can be filed with the shipping company. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping for your item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
