Primula Black Caf Color Tempo 6-cup French press consists of a narrow cylindrical glass jug, equipped with a lid and a stainless plunger, which fits tightly in the cylinder glass beaker and which has a fine wire mesh acting as a filter. Coffee is brewed by placing the coffee and water together, leaving to brew for a few minutes, and then depressing the plunger to trap the coffee grinds at the bottom of the glass jug. A French press requires coffee of a coarser grind than that used for a drip brew coffee filter, such as produced by a burr mill grinder rather than the whirling blade variety, as a finer grind will seep through the press filter and into the coffee. Because the coffee grounds remain in direct contact with the brewing water and the grinds are filtered from the water via a mesh instead of a paper filter, coffee brewed with the French press captures more of the coffee's flavor and essential oils, which would become trapped in a traditional drip brew machine's paper filters. French pressed coffee is usually stronger and thicker and has more sediment than drip-brewed coffee.

Returns Policy

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival.
Refund will be given as: Refund Money.

At Pricefalls, we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied. You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item after 14 days of delivery, please follow the processes below and we will still try to assist you with a return. If a product arrives damaged or not as described you are fully protected and we will refund the full cost of the merchandise, shipping charges, and return shipping charges.

In order for your funds to be returned you must request a return directly through your Pricefalls account, by calling Pricefalls or clicking Request Return/Cancellation in your Order History. Then, Pricefalls will process your request and provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without return tracking information, an RMA number and proper execution of the provided instructions. If an item is returned and the reason is not due to a Pricefalls error or the package is labeled as undeliverable due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout, the order will be refunded less the original shipping cost. If a product arrives damaged please contact Pricefalls support within 72 hours so a claim can be filed with the appropriate division or shipping company. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping for your item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

You must return items in new or unused condition inside of an outer shipping box with all original materials included with the shipment and the merchandise must be received your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. All returned items are inspected and typically, refunds are not awarded for opened or used products. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once again, if the return is a result of Pricefalls error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise, shipping charges, and return shipping charges. First, Pricefalls will provide you with a prepaid label upon receipt of pictures of the damaged/defective item. You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your merchandise. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but a four week estimate is required to allow ample time for return shipping (up to 14 days), returned product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed you will receive an email with your refund details.

The following items are non-returnable:

- Undergarments and other intimate apparel

- Body Jewelry (i.e. jewelry for body piercings)

- Factory-sealed sports collectible sets

- Swimwear that has been worn, used, or has tags/liners removed

- Wine and perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers and wholesale flowers)

- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, and cassette opened or taken out of the plastic wrap

- Specially labeled designer apparel, handbags and accessories once security tags are removed

- Costumes and Costume Accessories

- Software

- Select furniture may not be returnable and/or subject to up to a 30% restocking fee
