Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8 am- 5 pm EST, closed on weekends. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the invoice inside the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange.
