Due to product expiration dates, returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. To initiate your return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer care associate will respond with a return merchandise number (RMA#). This number must be on the shipping box or the refund/return will not be processed and no refund will be given.
Returned products are subject to inspection by CSC staff and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, original invoice, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned or a refund will not be issued. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests from the same customer are subject to review by CSC Staff. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds by customers that have a habit of returning products. We will be unable to issue a refund for customers that request two consecutive refunds.
**We are not responsible for orders that have been effected by weather conditions. While we truly appreciate your business we are not aware of the weather conditions where you live so please place your order when your weather conditions are favorable.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will reship the correct product after we receive the incorrect product back. Customer will have to pay for shipping of the 2nd item and to return the wrong item.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customers expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
If you purchase a product and decide to cancel or return the order you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% and the cost for us to ship out the product.
Clarisonic Purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase; The returned product must include all original packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive the return it will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the return.
If your product arrives damaged we will need a photo of the damaged goods before we can issue you a refund.
*Make-up: We are very sorry but there are NO returns on ALL Make-up products if they have been opened (Jane Iredale, bareminerals, glo minerals, MAC etc.)
