Shipping Weight and Size:
Items less than 150 lbs, Alliance Supply will ship via UPS or FedEx and will bill you freight at actual ground rates. All hazardous material orders and all orders over 150 lbs. ship via the best ground service and are charged at actual carrier rates. Dimensional freight charges will be accessed to the order in accordance with the carriers
Items over 150 Ib. (heavy items) that have free shipping on ground delivery will be shipped by freight truck. Please note these items can only ship ground service.
After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing your expected shipment and delivery dates.
Delivery lead times may vary based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location and items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments, which may affect delivery time. If you order industrial supplies and office supplies together as one order, you may receive two different packages with two different deliveries.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and an alternate ship to address will have to be provided by the customer.
We ship directly to all 50 states in the U.S, though some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands due to air freight restrictions. Please also allow additional time for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands orders (as much as 10 business days). We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other local couriers and therefore cannot ship to PO Box/APO/FPO addresses; please provide a physical street address.
If the customer is not available for the freight delivery an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier. If the customer is not obtainable the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all freight and holding fees of the carrier due to not being obtainable.
FPO/APO orders do not qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight. The cost of APO/FPO orders will be assessed after the transaction is captured.
Next-Day Delivery: We can not guarantee overnight or next-day delivery on any items. It may not available in all areas, may delayed due to inclement weather, stock availability, non-ups-able item, products unable to ship via UPS/FedExp for any reason.
Orders originally shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order.
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days after arrival.

We are committed to excellent customer service, even after the products you ordered have been delivered. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you ordered through AllianceSupply, we will gladly assist you with our return program.
Return requests must be approved, processed, and the merchandise returned to our distribution center within 30 days of the original shipment date. If an incorrect item was ordered or you changed your mind about the order, we will have to charge a restocking fee.
Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of products, please be sure to report the damage immediately with the shipping carrier when the package is delivered so that we can process your claim. Claims for shortage or damaged material caused by common carrier must be noted at the time of receipt and filed against carrier responsible. The value of defective material is the limit of liability.
If your item is defective, it needs to be reported within 5 business days of receipt of products, and you must have the original box. If you received less items than you were supposed to or the wrong item, it must be reported within 5 business days after delivery or shipping carrier noted delivery.
Any shipment that is refused or undeliverable will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost. The original shipping charge will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be 100% intact, in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode clearly visible. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and/or accessories must also be included. Unfortunately, if merchandise returned to our warehouse is in a non-restockable condition, we will be unable to issue a full credit. Please be advised that if your order were require us to reship from an original damaged, defective, shorted, or miss-shipped order, you will be temporarily charged for that item(s) and you will be credited when the original item(s) or claim is closed. All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and meet the following terms for return or they will not be accepted. Alliance Supply will apply refund of the original purchase price of the item if received back in the condition the order was delivered. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted for returns due to customer error. Some items that are deemed customer error will be the customers responsibility to return after receiving the RA (RMA) number and provided return address. Please be advised that all returns may be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are determined based upon the condition of returned merchandise, the original freight, and the cost of item pickup. Special order items, dated goods and / or custom products are not returnable.
Returned products will incur a 15% restocking fee, except in cases of Alliance Supply error. Return products must be in original condition (sealed, retail packaging); otherwise a refund may not be issued. If the return was necessitated by our shipping mistake we will pay for the return freight, otherwise freight is the customers responsibility.

Cancellation Policy: To speed our service, orders are transmitted immediately into our warehouse selection process and therefore may not be canceled. You will be responsible for all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee on refused deliveries.

Items marked Lifetime Warranty are subject to manufacturer's warranty terms. As sellers, Alliance Supply, make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective parts or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, lost profits or consequential damages of any nature. A full refund will be given, subject to our manufactures inspection, for any defective item returned to us and received by us within 30 days of the date of shipment in its original packaging.
