Returns Policy
Item(s) must be returned within 60 days after arrival.
Refund will be given as: Refund Money.
We accept returns within 60 days that are in new condition with the original packaging and documentation. For items that are received by the customer damaged or defective we will be happy to send out replacements at no charge. Items that have been used and / or installed cannot be returned. For all other returns a prepaid shipping label will be provided. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund. All items returned will be inspected and tested (as necessary) on site before the refund is issued. Returned merchandise that does not conform to the return policy stated above may be discarded, returned to sender and / or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at the discretion of Discount Filters.
