Elliot formed Pricefalls, LLC in June 2008, where he serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He conceptualized Pricefalls to address the growing frustration with existing markets, which he was witnessing among his peers. Elliot is responsible for business strategy and development as well as asset management and investor relations. Elliot graduated from Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Peter is the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Pricefalls, LLC. He is responsible for system-wide management of Pricefalls’s software and hardware assets. As part of the “Initial Three”, Peter helped to grow Pricefalls from an idea into a flourishing marketplace. Before joining Pricefalls, Peter co-founded Lautus Design, LLC, a website design and internet marketing company based out of his Bates College dorm room with Chad Casey. Lautus Design was primarily responsible for the production of the Pricefalls platform. Peter graduated Bates College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Chad is the creative mind behind the Pricefalls corporate identity and marketing initiatives. He is reponsible for the design of the Pricefalls platform and marketing materials. Before joining Pricefalls, Chad served as the Creative Director and co-founder of Lautus Design, LLC. Chad has taken courses in design and illustration at Rhode Island School of Design and Hartford Art School, respectively. Chad graduated Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Visual Culture.
Ryan Rollo serves as Vice President of Operations, responsible for Pricefalls’ day-to-day performance in customer service, marketing, merchant acquisition, merchant services, and business procurement. In this capacity, his direction continues to play an essential role in positioning Pricefalls for sustained growth. Ryan earned his MBA from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (2013), and his B.S. in Chemistry from Bates College (2009).
Matthew has served as the Director of Inventory Management at Pricefalls since 2011. His primary responsibility is the maintenance and quality control of the Pricefalls.com product catalog. Matthew furthermore assists in the procurement of new inventory as part Pricefalls’ business development initiatives. Prior to joining the Pricefalls team, Matthew owned and operated a New England home renovations and improvement business. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA where he studied civil engineering and CAD.
Matthew Jacobs is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and inventor. Since 2005, Matt has been based in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, where he has managed site acquisitions and development activities for Turnberry, Ltd., the developer of lifestyle communities. Prior to joining Turnberry, Matt was with Pulte Homes of New York & New Jersey, where he led acquisition and development efforts in the tri-state area, including Pulte’s first major brownfield redevelopment and one of the company’s first mid-rise condominium communities, built on a formerly blighted site in Jersey City. Matt began his career at University Properties in New Haven, Connecticut, where he managed the redevelopment of the city’s main retail neighborhood and worked on the acquisition and repositioning of several dozen properties in the heart of New Haven, including one of the very last RTC / FDIC portfolios to be liquidated. Matt holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Urban Studies from Yale (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude). He is an active member of the American Jewish University’s Moriah Society, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
