Our business operates in 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle): * By offering refurbished and used electronics products, we encourage reusing the items without creating additional waste and reducing electronic waste heading to the landfills. * We reuse all packaging material (if possible) when we receive return packages from our customers and vendors. * To reduce waste, we pack packages with bio-degradable peanuts, which are made of cornstarch and decompose themselves in water leaving no toxic waste. * To reduce energy use, we have replaced all traditional light bulbs with CFL (compact fluorescent lamp) bulbs. * To reduce energy use, we set our thermostat to 78 degree Fahrenheit in summer and 68 degree Fahrenheit in winter. * To reduce energy use, we educate and encourage our employees to turn off all non-essential computers at night and over the weekend. * We have recycling bins throughout our office for recycling glass, metal and paper based waste. * We recycle all end-of-life laser toners and ink cartridges.
