RETURN POLICY: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item within 7 days for a refund/credit; minus a 5% restocking fee (excludes "open box" items) based on the list price of the item. If you choose to "Refuse Delivery" of your item there were be a $25.00 refusal fee in addition to a 5% restock fee of the list price of the item. All opened/unused items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the list price of the item; used items are subject to a 15%-45% restocking fee of the list price of the item based on usage, condition, accessories, and packaging (also applies to returned "open box" items). RESTOCKING FEES: If a restocking fee is assessed, it will be based on the list price of the item at the time of purchase. The list price of the item is the price on the site at the time of purchase. The restock fee is not based on the price paid for the device (ie Coupons, Discounts, Credits). If you do have questions regarding this policy please contact us. If you are unhappy with your purchase after 7 days, your return is subject to our "Buy Back Policy". A store credit will be issued for your return based on the usage of the device, the exterior condition of the phone, the condition of the packaging, and the accessories attached or included. If you would prefer to receive a refund (instead of a store credit), you may opt to, however, the refund amount is typically less than the trade in value for store credit your item would receive. Typically returns/refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt. FREE SHIPPING (RETURNS): If an item was returned without defect and the order received free ground shipping, the refund will reflect a $10 outgoing shipping charge to recover the outgoing shipping costs. This simply states that if you have returned your device for something other than a manufacturer defect, you will be charged the outgoing shipping in which you received for free when you placed your order. DEFECTIVE ITEMS: A defective item may be returned for repair within 25 days of date of purchase. If an repair is not possible we will offer a refurbished replacement. If this is not available you will be offered a store credit toward a future purchase. If you would prefer a refund (instead of a store credit), you may request a full refund, minus shipping charges. The exchange process typically takes 8-10 days to complete. Every (Non Carrier Branded) device comes with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. After 25 days our exchange/return policy has expired, you should contact the manufacturer for repair or for warranty replacement or exchange, if your device qualifies for this. Please contact the manufacturer to determine if the device you hold is covered under their warranty. If you would like to send your device to us to send to the manufacturer you are free to do so. Please request an RMA. This will delay the warranty process by 1-2 weeks and you will be charged shipping to and from the manufacturer. You will need the original invoice from us in order to have your item repaired or exchanged by the manufacturer. Warranty varies by manufacturer, but typically warranties are valid for 1 year from purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST request an RMA in order to return any device. (NEW) REPAIRS: If after 25 days your device is in need of repair you can fill out the RMA Form and request a "repair". Negri Electronics will send your device off to our 5 star repair center and have it assessed for charges prior to the repair. We will contact you with the charges and if agreed upon charge you and complete the repair. Normally there is no fee for the assessment. You only are requiredto pay our actual cost for the repair, plus shipping. Once the phone is repaired we will have this shipped back to you. DEAD PIXELS & DUST: Negri Electronics considers a device defective when the total number of dead pixels exceeds five (5). If there are more than five dead pixels on a smartphone (iPads excluded) we will offer a replacement for this device and consider this to be a defective device. We do not consider "dust under the screen" to be defective. However we do check these devices thoroughly prior to shipping to avoid this. Of course we are human and can not catch every dust particle and dead pixel, but we promise to do the best we can. iPad dead pixel policy is 11 pixels. If the total number of dead pixels exceeds 11 dead pixels on an iPad, that device is considered "defective" and will be treated as such when requesting an exchange or return. Prior to this policy these instances would be covered under the "Restrictions" section below. It was decided to create a separate policy for this instance, instead of covering this in the "Restrictions" section. FIRMWARE UPGRADES/DOWNGRADES/APPLICATION INSTALLS: Negri Electronics is not responsible for any issues related with upgrading or downgrading your operating system or firmware or issues caused by downloading applications onto your device. These devices, once altered, do not carry a warranty and can not be exchanged or subject to refund. These actions taken to upgrade or downgrade or alter your devices system in any way are always "at your own risk". This includes but not limited to all hacked roms, OTA updates, official updates, application installs or modifications of any other kind. We can attempt to repair these devices for you, but they will be subject to additional costs such as parts, labor and shipping. Please request a "Repair Form" if you wish to have a repair technician evaluate and possibly repair your altered device. OPEN BOX SPECIALS: These products are not new, but many are in first class condition; often products that have been returned opened but not used. Many of these devices were purchased from us and sent back on our Buy Back Program. If there is only one of each of these products available they will be allocated on a strict "first come, first served" basis. Some of these still have the remainder of their 1 year warranty on them. Please check with the manufacturer when you receive your item. We will offer a 7 day return policy on all "Open Box" items . After 7 days the customer is responsible for the repair through the manufacturer. These terms also apply to Refurbished Items labeled with (RB) in the items title. RMA NUMBERS: In order to expedite your return, please Fill out This Form to Request an RMA number. We will provide you with an RMA number so that your return may be processed and tracked properly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are never refundable unless we ship an incorrect item. Returns are generally completed within 6-12 days. Refunds may take up to 20 days to be posted back to the credit card used to make the purchase. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: In order to cancel your order you must fill out this form. We do this so we can confirm that you are the one cancelling your order; we do this in the order in which they were received. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Please note that you can NOT cancel your order once it has been processed. Processing begins 7AM PST each day. Please note that once your order is processed it can not be cancelled.
