Cellular Trendz, LLC will not accept any item for return that does not have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This number can be obtained by filling out the “[Report a Proble Page]” form or by emailing Info@CellularTrendz.com. No refund will be issued until the item is returned to Cellular Trendz, LLC and inspection is complete to ensure that phone is in the same condition as when originally shipped. If a customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he or she may return an item for an exchange or refund (customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling) within 30 days of original delivery date. Each return is subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Cellular Trendz, LLC. If a customer was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping charge will be deducted from customer’s refund. Any missing or damaged items returned to Cellular Trendz, LLC. will be assessed accordingly. A 15% restocking fee (minimum charge of $10.00) will be charged on any item returned due to misunderstanding or lack of reading of the product description. Returns of web and mail order purchases require an RMA number. For an RMA number, call customer service at 877.286.0406 or fill out a problem form at [Report a Problem page]. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee a full refund, as all returns are subject to inspection and shipping deductions. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original container, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. Cellular Trendz, LLC retains the right to either charge, reduce the credit for the replacement or refuse refund of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents of cartons. If there is a problem with an item, please visit [Report a Problem Page] and fill out the “Problem Form.” If an item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please notify CellularTrendz, LLC within 72 hours after the item was delivered, so that proper assistance can be rendered. Report this by filling out the “Problem Form” at the [Report a Problem Page]. Cellular Trendz, LLC reserves the right to add an additional 15% restocking fee (minimum $10.00 charge) to any items returned. If an item is returned DOA and deemed not to be DOA, the 15% restocking fee will apply (minimum $10.00). This is a case by case basis; the customer will be contacted to discuss the specific details. Customer is responsible for deactivating all returned phones. Phones returned that are still active or on a no-pay, lost or stolen list will not be refunded. Items returned will be tested by Cellular Trendz, LLC technicians. If a technician is unable to replicate the specific problem complained of, customer will be charged the 15% restocking fee (minimum $10.00). Cellular Trendz, LLC 30 day warranty guarantees: Phone functionality Charging & synching ports Activation (as long as the phone matches the network) LCD functionality Functionality of all keys All accessories Warranty coverage does not include the following: Cosmetics Service dependent features (i.e., MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, data transfers, etc. These services are the responsibility of your service provider). Battery life (used items only). Any and all item(s) returned by the shipping company due to return to sender, missing apartment number(s), incorrect street number(s), incorrect address and/or refusal of delivery will be refunded less: 1) Original shipping fee, 2) $10.00 return fee and 3) 15% restocking fee. All three charges will apply. Any item being returned must have an RMA number provided by Cellular Trendz. All others will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If a customer received free shipping and handling on original order, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping and handling fees. SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE (fees apply even if shipping was free on original order).
