The item should not have been assembled, installed or used The product should be returned with all of its parts and manuals Any type of plastic covering or clam-shell should not be broken or damaged. Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, the refund may be reduced or the return may be refused with no refund. Returns and refused packages will incur a 15% re-stocking fee; oversized items, products over 150 lbs. will incur a $25 restocking fee or 20% of the product cost, whichever is greater.
