Policy Details
7 day return policy upon receiving the items. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply for returns not damaged or defective. The product being returned must be in the original packaging with all original parts and in brand new and unused condition. Please contact support@pricefalls.com or call 866-503-9799 to request and RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
