If you receive an item damaged or a defective item you must contact us at once. Do not refuse the shipment! We will make the arrangements with the delivery company for pickup and return of the damaged item. We will send out replacement parts or a new (same) item depending on the damage. Damage claims will not be accepted after 10 days of receiving item. If you wish to return a product, you are required to contact us for a return authorization number. Your refund cannot be processed without a valid return authorization number. You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A twenty-five dollar restocking fee applies to each item (only on items over $49.95 retail price) returned.
