Watches with proven factory defects (as determine by Dejavujewelry.com) will be replaced with the same model if reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage. Picture or description discrepancies on our web site or other advertising are not considered defects.
