We offer a 30-day guarantee from date of invoice for all photo equipment, and digital cameras. Video products, notebook computers, are covered under our 10-day exchange guarantee. Sales are final on all Plasma TVs, TVs, Whiteboards, Printers, Copiers, Fax machines, Air conditioners, Appliances, PDAs, and GPSs. All returned items must be shipped in its original carton with blank warrantee cards in order to receive proper credit or exchange. Parcels returned with missing parts or packaging inserts, such as warranty cards, rebates, or notes on the outside box, etc. will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns of film ink cartridges and other consumable products will not be accepted once it has been opened. Merchandise being returned for refund, repair, or exchange must be repacked properly insured and marked on the outside box with a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by our return department.
