All returned items must be shipped in its original carton with blank warrantee cards in order to receive proper credit or exchange. Parcels returned with missing parts or packaging inserts, such as warranty cards, rebates, or notes on the outside box, etc. will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns of film ink cartridges and other consumable products will not be accepted once it has been opened.
