All items other than opened software and hardware subject to manufacturerÕs restrictions can be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply. * No returns allowed on opened software and consumables. (Paper, Ink, Disks, CDs, etc.) * Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on cost. * Shipping charges are non-refundable. * ComputerSoftwarePlus.com is not responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise. * Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product. Credit will be calculated based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches our warehouse. * Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 7 days from date of invoice must contact the manufacturer of the product. ComputerSoftwarePlus.com will have no liability after 30 days for the date of invoice.
