Compuvest.com must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, wrong product ordered or defective product) within 7 business days from receipt of product, for CPU within 3 days from receipt of product - fill out RMA form and indicate in detail what the problem is, or email returns@compuvest.com.PLEASE NOTE: Compuvest.com require that shipping damage or damaged product was received from Compuvest is reported within 48 HOURS of the product's delivery. Shipping carrier can take up to 2 weeks to resolve any damaged shipping claim.Unless otherwise indicated, all products may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for refund.
