General Policy and Returns CompSource Inc. knows how exasperating it is to receive a defective product. That is why we have integrated an easy online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for all returns click here. Subject to the manufacturers warranty requirements, we will replace or credit any item returned within 30 days of invoice. To Obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# Use our easy online RMA form to obtain an RMA#. All RMA requests via e-mail are answered within 24 business hours. After calling CompSource Technical Support Department to ensure the system is bad, and the problem is not software related or is something that can be handled over the phone, use the online RMA form to obtain a RMA#. System repairs generally take 1-7 Business days, depending on the nature of the problem and availability of replacement parts. CompSource and its authorized technicians only may perform all warranty services. CompSource shall not be responsible and will not honor any warranty claims resulting in any other services rendered to the CompSource system. If an express package is not shipped within the guaranteed time you must call Customer Service. They will put a claim through with the carrier. Once the claim is processed and cleared by the carrier you will receive your credit.
