A: Yes, although it varies. There are two ways to access a seller's
contact information. The first is by clicking on the tab labeled "Store Info"
below the "Buy Now" button on an individual item's page. The second is by
accessing the store directory by clicking on the "View All Stores" link at the top
of every page and navigating to a specific store. Once in the store, you
will see a tab labeled "Location Info" which will have all of the contact
information for the specific store.
However, not every store has elected to provide additional contact information.
If you can't find contact details for a specific store, please feel free to
contact Pricefalls.com headquarters and we will work to answer any question you may have.
Q: What does "This Auction is Closed" mean?
A: If an item's page says, "This Auction is Closed", that specific item is either
out of stock or the auction period has ended. If the quantity of the closed auction
is 0 that particular item is Out of Stock. You can "Click Here to request more," which
will send an email to the merchant asking for additional items.
If the item's quantity says more than 0, then the listing period for
the specific item has ended and it may or may not be re-listed on Pricefalls.

A: When an item's page says, "This item will be falling soon" it usually refers to one of two things. 1) That particular auction has not started yet or 2) the inventory within the merchant's store is in the process of being re-listed to show updated inventory. In either situation check back at the top of the hour to see if the item has been opened for purchase, or contact Pricefalls Customer Service at 866-503-9799 or by email at support@pricefalls.com for further details.
A: If an item is listed in the Dutch Auction format, below the Item Information you will see a bidding timer and the options to "Buy Now" or "Place Bid". To the right of the "Place Bid" feature you will see an open box with a 0 in it. There you can enter an amount and then "Place Bid" to cement your desired price. Once you have entered your bid, a "Bid Meter" will appear with your "Big Strength" and possible bid-execution date.

A: The "Bid Meter", which appears once you've placed a bid on an auction item, reveals two pieces of information, the "Bid Strength" and date the bid will execute. The "Bid Strength" bar is an indication as to how effective your bid is with that specific auction and the date and time above the "Bid Meter" is when your bid would win. However, while it does show the projected date/time your bid would win, this is not a guarantee that the auction will last that long or that your bid is above the "Price Floor".
